Practice Information
Full-time adult psychiatrist is needed to provide Mental Health Integrate CareConsultative team-based care model working in primary care clinics throughout the Salt Lake Valley AreaWill be part of a system wide Mental Health Integration TeamEmployment is with the Intermountain Medical Group
Requirements
Board Certified/ Board Eligible in psychiatryUnrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted licenseBasic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providersU.S. ACGME Residency
