Job Title:
Revenue Assurance Manager at Shared Services Center (SSC)

The Revenue Assurance Manager at SSC is in charge of overseeing all the financial and operational functions related to FMS billing, which involves Accident Billing, Asset Fleet Reduction (AFR) billing, ensuring invoice accuracy, financial controls, and financial/operational reporting for both internal and external clients.

Moreover, the Manager will lead the Certificate of Insurance (COI) process, ensuring proper coverage validation, managing invoice adjustments, overseeing offshore team members, and partnering with an outsourced team for support.

Essential Functions:
  • Oversee billing processes to guarantee accurate and timely billing, including accidents and analysis of exceptions
  • Manage COI process to verify customers' insurance coverage
  • Develop finance support staff and handle operational and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Lead projects and make decisions on new programs that impact business outcomes
  • Provide advisory support, administer company policies, and recommend improvements
  • Ensure work is performed consistently and timely within company policies
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Motivates and directs employees according to established policies
    • Possesses strong technical aptitude and effective leadership skills
    • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with problem-solving abilities
    • Demonstrates judgment within defined procedures and policies
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Master's Degree in MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of Relevant experience and 3+ years in Supervisory experience required
  • 4+ years of Ryder experience preferred
  • General knowledge of functional area(s) assigned and proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Travel required (10-20%)
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary ranges from $80,000 to $121,000 annually with bonus eligibility
