Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in computer programs for administrative management, particularly spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience in the Grant Cycle processes, including Needs Assessment, Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
  • Familiarity with funding agencies, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain grant-related budget and financial records accurately.
  • Collaboration with administrators, consultants, and technical staff for allocation, monitoring, and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating state and federal allocations and grants.
  • Use problem-solving tools and strategies to make decisions regarding fund utilization, service delivery, and evaluation of grant-funded programs at district and school levels.
  • Provide support with program resources linked to ESSA (e.g., Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, IDEA).
  • Coordinate grant writing procedures following district guidelines and establish processes for timely applications and reporting of funds.
