JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Sr.

Manager will be responsible for the areas of marketing including casino promotions, special events, and casino entertainment for Lake Tahoe.

Work with the Director of Marketing to prepare and implement the annual marketing plan and budget to achieve maximum revenues in each targeted market segment while achieving acceptable returns on sales and strengthening brand value.


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Works with the Director of Marketing to lead the execution of all retail marketing functions for entertainment and special events.
  • Lead the execution and support the development of short and long-term marketing strategies to support property/brand growth, volume, revenue and retention goals.
  • Oversees the development and successful execution of special events that stimulate patronage by Harrah's & Harveys targeted customers.
  • Develop and implement exciting entertainment strategies to support business goals.
  • Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior customer service.
  • Works with the Director of Marketing to implement annual marketing plan unique for the two properties that supports and is supported by the overall brand strategy for the company and generates trial and builds long term relationships with customers.
