We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role requires extensive Accounts Payable (AP) experience beyond data entry, including oversight of the AP process, invoice review, approval, and process flows. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background and exhibit strong initiative, capable of handling everyday AP issues, corporate card management, and acting as a liaison between the AP team and the financial reporting team. This position does not involve direct reports but requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with AP reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, approve, and process invoices with a keen oversight perspective.

Manage AP projects, including the implementation of new systems, such as document management systems.

Address and resolve everyday AP issues involving banks and third-party software.

Oversee corporate card management and related processes.

Collaborate with the AP team and financial reporting team to support month-end close activities.

Liaise effectively between different teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Utilize strong Excel skills to prepare and analyze AP reports and data.

Assist in the development and maintenance of AP workflows and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Accounts Payable, with a comprehensive understanding of AP processes and oversight responsibilities.

Solid accounting background with a focus on AP management.

Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and document management systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with corporate card management and bank reconciliation is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with new system implementations, particularly document management systems.

Familiarity with third-party software integration and troubleshooting.

Strong analytical skills for AP reporting and data analysis.

Salary ranges from $75k-85k annually

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
