As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be the on-site field construction professional, overseeing large custom ministry facilities encompassing renovations, additions, and new green site projects. Projects typically range from $5-20 million each.
We are a national firm with approximately 50 employees offering Superintendent positions in Decatur, IL, Washington DC, and Columbus, OH.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for churches during construction, managing subcontractors and vendors, driving project schedules, ensuring quality and safety on-site, and meeting project completion deadlines while adhering to relevant codes and contracts.
Prior experience with church building projects is advantageous.
