The People Analytics Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through the analysis and interpretation of people data.

The role will collaborate closely with business partners and senior leadership to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, ultimately contributing to organizational effectiveness and success.

This role requires an excellent knack for storytelling, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science , human resources, and strategic business partnering.

Unleash Your Analytical Genius : Dive deep into the data to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations. From HR metrics to employee engagement surveys, you'll leave no data point unturned in your quest for insights.

Whether you're presenting to C-suite executives or frontline managers, you know how to deliver insights in a way that inspires action.

Be a Collaborative Rockstar : Partner closely with HR business partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand business goals and priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
~6+ years of experience in Data Science, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations or HR/People Analytics, Modeling or related.

6+ years of experience in a People Analytics/Data Science role
~ Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology , Data Analytics, or Statistics
