Executes testing across DFS business units and vendors for adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements, third party program expectations, and assisting the manager in leading the Compliance Review.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

  • Brings issues to attention of compliance and business management.
  • Inspects documents, records, disclosures, systems, and reports to verify compliance and identify trends or weaknesses in DFS business processes.
  • Evaluates business policy, procedure, training, and processes with respect to regulatory requirements and third party risk management principles.
  • Executes enterprise-wide compliance testing program.
  • Monitors and tests business action plans established to correct deficiencies.
  • Compiles and maintains work papers and supporting documentation of tests and findings.
Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Law, or Related
  • 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Risk, and/or BSA/AML
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, and/or Audit
Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, and/or Audit
  • Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist
  • Certified Internal Auditor
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager

Compensation:


The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
