ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety and Risk Management
- Implement and follow D1 Training standards and best practices for the safety and well-being of all children.
- Inspect facilities to ensure safety, orderliness, and cleanliness.
- Monitor activities to maintain a safe environment.
- Support daily activities to promote child development.
- Prepare materials and supplies for activities.
- Arrange facilities for optimal learning environment.
- Monitor children during all activities.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as needed.
- Maintain proper staffing ratios.
- Build meaningful relationships with athletes and colleagues.
- Participate in training and meetings for skill enhancement.
Education/ Experience Required:
- No extensive experience required.
- Ability to build rapport with children and handle conflicts effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and safety procedures.
- Capacity to work well in a team.
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Naples, FL 34109: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Day Shift (Required)
