This role involves designing and implementing customized solutions using Amdocs Clarify in conjunction with Java-based applications to meet the unique needs of telecom operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of telecom processes, Clarify CRM systems, and strong Java programming skills.


• SME in Telecom BSS/OSS stack.


• Good architecture knowledge of Billing/ Order Management/Product Catalog/CRM.


• Has a good experience in TMForum frameworx standard " etom/SID/TAM & ODA".


• Proposed TMF open digital architecture for Billing domain for future roadmap for the Enterprise customer.


• Created solution design for Billing, Customer order management, Fulfillment and Service Assurance domains to decommission legacy systems with homegrown solutions/COTs using TMF Open API to be compliant with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clarify Architect with a deep understanding of Amdocs Clarify CRM systems.


• Extensive experience with Java development, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, specifically in the telecom domain.


• Solid understanding of telecom business processes, including billing, customer management, and network operations.


• Proficient in Clarify ClearBasic code, Clarify schema, and server architecture.


• Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and API integration in a telecom context.


• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and SQL.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
