Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Product Line Coordinator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for product development logistics. This role will involve supporting the merchandising team across all stages of the product development cycle by maintaining precise master product line files, ensuring data accuracy, refining attributions for clear reporting, and coordinating samples for Go To Market meetings and in-season presentations. The ideal candidate will have a background in product development, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and an intermediate level of proficiency in Excel. An individual who is product-oriented and excels in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a positive attitude will thrive in this role.

Core Responsibilities:- Support the Merchandising team with various administrative tasks as needed, including reporting, scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
- Assist the Merchandisers throughout the product development process, learning all procedures for building the line seasonally and preparing it for commercialization.
- Maintain day-to-day operational aspects of new product development projects, ensuring timely task completion, participating in the Go To Market process, and staying updated on line revisions.
- Attend all calendar meetings to ensure the team meets necessary deadlines for Go To Market milestones.
- Collaborate with other departments to aid in information gathering or troubleshooting issues for the product team.
- Distribute and manage all information related to the assigned category, including Aspire, LAAGs, line lists.
- Execute Item setup in BBR for all styles, maintaining Product Line Plans' accuracy.
- Support Merchandise Manager and/or Merchandiser in preparing for key meetings by compiling data, creating presentations, and other assigned tasks, such as weekly selling recaps.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all product details within the category.
- Proof technical copy for digital and hangtags.
- Contribute to competitive analysis for the division by staying updated on trends and competition, and applying insights to benefit Eddie Bauer.
- Manage all photo and in-line samples.
- Analyze competition, style counts, color stories, and pricing structure. Summarize and share findings and opportunities with cross-functional partners.
- Perform any additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and workload effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in business/retail math.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and willing to learn and contribute.
- Quick learner with a passion for product development. Interest in the Outdoor Industry is a plus.
- Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
- Maintain regular and timely attendance per company policy and applicable standards.
- Able to sit in a stationary position for up to 8 hours daily.
- Capable of operating a computer, other office equipment, and looking at a monitor for up to 8 hours daily.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of reaching at or below shoulder level and moving equipment and merchandise samples.
The salary range for this position is $30,000 to $35,000 per hour. Compensation is based on various factors, including the role offered and relevant experience. In addition to the salary, SPARC Group, and its affiliated brands, provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedules, and a generous employee discount program.
