In this seasonal position, you will assist in rental events at schools within your designated area. Working under Educational Representative(s), you will handle administrative tasks and physical labor for event preparations both at the school and our facilities. Your role during events involves interacting with parents and students to facilitate rental transactions and services.

Begin your journey with one of the leading companies in our industry, helping educators at all levels engage more students in music.

Essential Functions (not exhaustive):

  • Complete assigned administrative tasks such as pre/post-event documentation and inventory management.
  • Support physical labor activities including inventory handling and event setup/teardown.
  • Utilize contactless applications for customer orders during events.
  • Communicate professionally with various stakeholders including sales representatives, parents, students, and school personnel.
  • Travel to and from event locations and preparation sites is required.
  • Perform other duties as directed and undergo mandatory training.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension)

Preferences:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish
  • Intermediate knowledge of Band and Orchestral instruments
