ASM Global, a leader in managing public assembly venues, is looking for a dynamic Parking Ambassador to join our team at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring a seamless parking experience for our customers.

  • Assist with transactions and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records
  • Document and escalate customer complaints as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and report any issues promptly

Responsibilities:

  • Handle parking transactions and provide receipts

  • Assist with snow removal and maintenance tasks
  • Interact with guests and provide information about campus activities
