In this position, the Competitive Success Manager will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of strengths, weaknesses, technologies, and trends to become an expert in competitive positioning.
  • Utilize existing tools, content, and subject matter experts to create valuable Competitive Success outputs.
  • Offer direct deal support to sales associates, business consultants, and service/loyalty associates when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments including sales operations, marketing, messaging, implementation, service and loyalty, product marketing, and demo leadership.

Furthermore, responsibilities include conducting qualitative analyses of competitor-related win/loss scenarios and presenting relevant feedback to senior leaders to develop effective strategies.

Key Requirements:

Education/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Prior experience in cloud HCM industry B2B sales or consulting roles, with familiarity with ADP offers and processes.
  • A successful history of business-to-business sales or sales consulting, showcasing strong client interaction skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for working in a global team.
  • Comfortable with remote work and proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation and process management.
