Worksite Type:

Responsibilities:
Enter and code vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Match invoices to back-up documentation
Balance and reconcile payables accounts
Maintain new and current vendor information
Obtain and reconcile monthly statements
Perform weekly check runs
Resolve payment discrepancies
Enter daily and process remote bank deposits
Create and reconcile purchase orders
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree Preferred
Two years of recent accounts payable experience
Previous use of SAP
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
