As a
Patient Outreach Specialist you are the relationship bridge between our patient's families and our team, helping to ensure that the children and families have access to much needed support, resources, and homecare services, in a timely and effective manner.


Patient Outreach Specialist Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Remain composed, professional with a positive attitude under pressure and excel in time management
  • Multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously is crucial, a selfstarter with the capacity to work efficiently and independently while also being an enthusiastic team player
