Responsibilities:
Financial Management:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on healthcare finance.
- Thorough understanding of healthcare reimbursement systems, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements applicable to healthcare organizations.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve results.
