Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating care for patients, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient rounding to maximize patient satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
  • Promote customer service initiatives.
  • Utilize nursing process for individual care to meet needs of patients.
  • Perform technical skills and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year med/surg experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
  • Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Pursue and complete Med-Surg certification within 1 year from date of hire.
