Key Responsibilities:
  • Semi-independently conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and ensure data quality control
  • Communicate scientific findings within project deadlines
  • Utilize molecular and cell-based assays for drug screening and molecular pathway analysis (e.g., Proliferation, Apoptosis, Flow Cytometry)
  • Engage in cell and molecular biology techniques such as cell culture, viral transductions, RNA/protein preparation, RT-PCR, western blotting, and ELISA
  • Collaborate with team members, present data, and contribute to project planning
  • Participate in laboratory equipment maintenance and adhere to safety protocols
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills in Cell Culture, Cell-Based Assays, DNA/RNA isolations, Protein analysis, Western blot, qRT-PCR, and Flow Cytometry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of Pharma industry experience. Master's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in cell culture, cell-based assays, and molecular biology techniques
  • Experience in high-throughput drug screening is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail abilities
