We are seeking a Customer Service Representative- WAREHOUSE BACKGROUND REQUIRED to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Batch orders and maintain workflow for warehouse associates
  • Monitor orders for accuracy
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Run production, quality and inventory reports daily and provide to management.
  • Point person for any customer questions or issues.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build reports with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office Experience- Excel and Outlook
  • Positive Attitude, willing to learn, work with others, be a team player and willing to perform functions outside of job description without direction.
  • Attention to details.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am to 4.30pm

Pay Rate: $20.00- $24.00
