Job Summary:


The Service Technician at Boulevard Cadillac is responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance and repair of luxurious and modern vehicles. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical and problem-solving skills, thrive on customer service, and be knowledgeable of the Cadillac, GMC, Buick brand.

Compensation:


This is a full-time, hourly position at a rate of $64,480 to $170,000 per year, paid biweekly.


Responsibilities:



• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and services on vehicles

• Maintain proper shop cleanliness and adhere to all safety regulations

• Document service, repairs, and parts used when servicing vehicles

• Keep abreast of all changes in processes, procedures, and technology related to vehicle repairs

• Resolve customer service issues

• Ensure timely completion and quality of repair work

Requirements



• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

• 2-4+ years of experience as a service technician in an auto dealership

• Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations

• Valid driver's license

• Completion of automaker training certifications
