Job Description and Duties

  • Under the direct supervision of an Accounting Administrator I, the Office Technician (OT) is responsible for all functions of the File Rooms including filling file requests, maintaining related database, and other activities as required.

Must possess and maintain sufficient strength, agility, endurance, and sensory ability to perform the duties contained in this statement, including transferring documents weighing up to 50 pounds onto a cart, pushing the cart to various locations, climbing ladders, and more.

Requires prolonged sitting using a keyboard, telephone, video data terminals, and frequent interaction with internal and external customers.

Working Conditions

Position located in Sacramento, Sacramento County.

While at their base of operation, employees will work in a climate-controlled office under artificial light. Working hours will be set sometime between 6:30 am. Overtime may be required, and vacations may be restricted during peak times and fiscal year-end closing. Employees may be required to travel in-state, but travel is not very frequent.
