The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with guests, and driving sales of our quality used vehicles.
Key responsibilities Include:
Consistently deliver high levels of guest satisfaction by providing personalised service and expert product knowledge.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our used vehicle inventory and pricing to assist guests with their purchasing decisions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring profitability and guest retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing guests through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote the dealership and achieve overall sales goals.
About You:
Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Highly personable and articulate with the ability to quickly establish trust; customers like you, trust you and want to buy from you.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.Lead by example, driving sales of the team and maintaining individual targets.
