- The Branch Client Service Supervisor leads a Client Service team delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients within a Branch.
- This role reports to the Branch Client Service Director with a reporting relationship to the Branch Manager to ensure alignment with Branch strategy.
- The Branch Client Service Supervisor impacts client retention, satisfaction, AJG's value, operating targets, and fosters a culture of performance and improvement.
- Manages people, processes, and a group of accounts.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service/claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing required.
Preferred: Experience in productivity/client service enhancements, team leadership (matrix environment), professional standards understanding.
