As a Treasury Management Client Services Specialist, you'll be part of our Treasury Management Operations team, responsible for delivering top-notch service to clients across a range of treasury management products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Treasury Management clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle client issues related to treasury management products, including collections, disbursements, information reporting, fraud protection, account analysis, and merchant services.
  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary, working closely with supervisors to resolve complex problems.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide workaround solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to address fraud issues, securing affidavits, facilitating recalls, and coordinating updates.
Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education, with some experience in banking, bank operations, and products, accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of treasury and cash management products, procedures, services, accounting, financial, and account analysis.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with clients and team members, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and related systems.
