Job Description:
- Support study-specific integrated product teams with government and partner stakeholders.
- Develop platform and system models in the designated modeling & simulation (M&S) environment.
- Collaborate with military decision-makers and technology developers for CONOPS development and force structure design.
- Conduct simulation models to inform executive decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or related field.
- 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience with a Master's degree.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, JupyterLab, R, and/or Anaconda.
- Ability to think creatively and work effectively in a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge of Design of Experiments and Data Mining techniques.
- Technical project management skills.
- Experience in modeling and simulation of Joint warfighting capabilities and advanced weapons.
- US Citizenship required.
