Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall functioning of the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar pointofsale systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 15 per week
