We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and promote our brand to a wider audience.

Job Description

As the Marketing Manager at eStar Rides, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.

Your role is pivotal in shaping our brand's image and expanding our reach within the electric transportation industry.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.

Advertising Campaigns:
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content for online and offline marketing initiatives, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and more.


Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating content calendars, posting updates, and interacting with the online community.


Event Coordination:
Organize events, rides, and promotional activities to engage customers and increase brand visibility.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Budget Management:
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing spending for maximum return on investment.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing leadership role, preferably in retail or related industries.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and content creation.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
