*STAFFING AGENCY SEEKING BRANCH MANAGER*We are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join the managerial team of our staffing agency in College Park/East Point, GA

. The ideal candidate for the Branch Manager position will be well versed in the staffing industry, as their primary role will involve securing business from clients and placing candidates into roles that will benefit all parties involved. Other responsibilities for the Branch Manager include serving as a team leader and taking responsibility for all operations within the branch. When searching for Branch Managers, we look for candidates with a passion for people and aspirations to build their branch into a resource for the local community. Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic plan to secure business from clients and place candidates effectively
  • Understand the staffing market and use tools to ensure that your open jobs are competitive
  • Engage with customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our services
  • Serve as a strong leader to our staffing team and provide coaching to develop employees
  • Contributes to profits and revenue and ensures that markup fees are established and maintained
Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years prior light industrial, staffing experience
  • Proven performance in branch management, P&L responsibility, and sales management required
  • Understand OSHA compliance guidelines and standard operating practices
  • 3 years prior experience, managing light industrial or hospitality staffing
