Who we are seeking:

We are searching for an individual to fill the role of Field Service Engineer in our Mid-Atlantic Region (Southern NJ, PA, and Eastern Ohio). The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients within the designated territory.

The responsibilities include providing technical and service support for all product lines, educating clients, and maintaining customer loyalty through efficient service and support.

What to expect in the Field Service Engineer position at Milestone:

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Schedule client visits promptly
  • Complete work orders efficiently

  • Ensure accurate reporting and paperwork processing
  • Support installations, maintenance, and service
  • Maintain cost efficiencies
  • Enhance post-sales support and customer relationships
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sample preparation devices

Preferred qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of field service experience in laboratory equipment or related sectors
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of market conditions and products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license
