  • Respond to inquiries from clients regarding Enrollment Agreement policies and procedures using various tools and applications.
  • Clearly communicate and educate associates on processes and procedures within the Enrollments Process.
  • Occasionally liaise with Client Partners when needed.
  • Provide internal communication detailing the Enrollments process and its current state.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with medical computerized billing and scheduling software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reports and data.
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with various business contacts.
  • Proficient in computer usage and internet navigation.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in a medical office, customer service, IT, or support desk role.
  • High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
  • Adept at understanding and addressing user concerns promptly.
  • Track record of providing thorough, courteous, and responsive customer service.
  • Capability to analyze information and use logic to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with composure.
  • Keen interest in quickly grasping software functionalities and articulating their benefits to clients.
  • Assist in creating and updating help resources for AdvancedMD users.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficiency in conducting training sessions and presentations.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Willingness to be on-call occasionally for after-hours support.
RELEVANT EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma.
  • 1-2 years of office experience.
  • Preference for candidates with medical background (Practice or Patient).
Availability to work any shift between 8am to 6pm MST from Monday to Friday.
