Job description:
- Provide end to end technical support and special event support for our Executives and their direct support staff.
- Install, maintain, support, and train industry standard productivity applications which include Microsoft Office with a deep working knowledge of Skype for Business, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, and PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Connect, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
- Install, maintain, and support PC hardware, HP Printers, & PC accessories which include Lenovo laptops and desktops, Dell laptops and desktops, Skype accessories, PC peripherals which include monitors, keyboards, mice, and various USB peripherals.

Experience Required for Your Success
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & Apple MacOS (Apple\Mac & Microsoft certifications are recommended)
- Strong working knowledge of the TCP/IP IPv4 and IPv6 protocols
- Deep working knowledge of Cisco Network Adaptive Security Appliances, basic router configurations and troubleshooting along with advanced Microsoft Direct Access, RSA, and Cisco AnyConnect VPN troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of HP OfficeJet printers, HP LaserJet Multifunction Printers (MFP's), and Nuance SafeCom Secure Print Management or equivalent technology
