This position will be primarily responsible for administering and coordinating the required training program for all new hires and all employees on an annual basis, assisting with content development, maintaining training records in learning management system, and working closely with our affiliates and Human Resources to ensure training meets all requirements.
This position will also assist in the development and administration of Compliance policies and procedures, monitoring and disseminating new laws and regulations, and conducting monitoring and testing of the control environment to ensure regulatory risk is being adequately managed.
Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities

- Participate in the rollout of new hire required training, communicate with associates, affiliates, and HR on an ongoing basis with regard to training requirements
- Participate in the rollout of annual required training and communications
- Maintain records of all training
- Provide documentation of training completion for carrier audits
- Report and analyze all learning and results, including learning program surveys.
- Load, configure and maintain all learning content in the company's learning management system, Workday.
- Monitor the changing regulatory environment and communicate changing requirements to interested stakeholders
- Develop policies and procedures to comply with new laws and regulations and disseminate such procedures, as appropriate
- Participate in other compliance projects, as needed, to help ensure the company effectively manages its regulatory risk
Qualifications:
- Minimum Job Requirements
- General knowledge of Insurance Business life, health, and annuity
- Ability to create learning documentation, aids, and training materials.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or minimum of three years' experience in a related field
- Insurance license preferred, but not required.
- Workday Learning Management System experience, a plus
- Organizational development, training needs, and evaluation
- Workday LMS experience for training implementation, deployment, tracking and analysis.
- Understand learning and development best practices and trends.
- Project management skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide user support for Workday LMS
