We are seeking a Manager of Operations to collaborate with the Senior
Director of Operations in spearheading enhancements in processes, project management, and analytics throughout our operational domains (distribution, transportation, supply chain, customer service, etc.).
You will evaluate and refine our procedures, identify key metrics for performance evaluation, and oversee multiple strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate must be extremely process-driven, capable of prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively, and able to work autonomously.What You'll Do:
Leadership, Culture, and Team:
Imbue a culture of continual improvement and customer/service-oriented mindset, in accordance with Reformation's principles
Display a service-driven approach to troubleshooting and streamlining processes across various functions
Cultivate collaborative ties with other departments to introduce transparency into essential metrics and service standards for other divisions/departments (merchandising, production, factory, wholesale, retail, international)
Process Enhancement, Project Management, and Data Analysis
Devise an ongoing framework and set of tools for process enhancement that Ref can apply to both large-scale projects and daily operational upgrades
Work closely with the Senior Director, Operations to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency and driving scalability and effectiveness across operations
Guide the transformation process from inception to conclusion
Champion a strong emphasis on the measurement and outcomes of projects
Ensure the definition of success from the beginning and conduct retrospective assessments and evaluations
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Information Systems/Analytics, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain-related fields
- 4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or project management
Comprehension of financial principles related to project assessment, financial projection, return on investment, etc.

You possess expertise in translating data into straightforward, actionable, and inspiring recommendations
You embody a mindset of continuous learning and are unafraid to inquire (regardless of the question's size)
Experience in operating within a rapidly growing environment with continually shifting priorities
More inclined to say "yes" or "let's try" (as opposed to "no" or "that's impossible")
Acts promptly and demonstrates strong time management skills
