Operations Manager
1stt Shift: 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $65k-$72k
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90049

**TEMP-TO-HIRE POSITION**

Summary/Objective

Responsible but not limited to ensuring the safety of staff, client and guest, by inspecting site conditions, equipment and supplies for the Day-to-Day operation of both Custodial and Setup Services. Coordinates with Management and Supervisors daily to ensure accuracy and completion of assignments rendered. Follow up and follow through to ensure that we are meeting the company's and client's performance expectations. Monitors shift supervisors to confirm that schedules, maintenance, daily reports and timelines are being met. Observes and documents employee's performances for evaluations. Assist Director with requested projects and/or administrative duties, via Client department meetings, payroll, employee translations, etc. Reports directly to Site Operations Director and is second in command.

  • Manages Supervisors and Leads for Custodial/Setup Services
  • Oversees Day-to-Day Operations
  • Evaluates performance and training of all employees
  • Liaises and coordinates for Event and Capital Projects
  • Inspects assigned areas for proper and timely work
  • Approves Set-up packets and Schedules

To qualify for this Operation Manger role:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all operational aspects across sites
  • Proficient in high-volume call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and motivational abilities
  • Familiarity with equipment, safety protocols, and facility specifications
  • Flexibility in work hours and locations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Fluency in English--- Fluency in Spanish (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or 4-10 years of relevant managerial experience
