Located in North Hollywood, CA, Avibank Manufacturing, Inc., a PCC Company, a part of the Engineered Products Group, is among the world's leading manufacturers specializing in the design and production of sophisticated fasteners and multi-component fastening systems and devices, solving difficult engineering and critical performance problems.


Position Summary:


Reporting to the Director of Operations, this senior member of management will be responsible for the Manufacturing Engineers, Programmers, and Tooling personnel to support manufacturing operations of a specific product line.

The leader will manage the development of the production and manufacturing strategy, including metrics, resources allocation, budget development, and capital and process improvement projects.

Ensures compliance with all quality, engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Excellent planning, negotiating and organizational skills.
Partner with management or subordinates to resolve personnel problems, complaints, or grievances.
Enforce safety regulations.
Confer with supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.

Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
Recommend or execute personnel actions, such as hiring's, evaluations, and promotions.
Determine standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads.
Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas.

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or similar.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $115,400 to $173,200 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.

Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S.

export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).

To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S.
