Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor within the Finance team and plays a key role in driving our business by performing a variety of financial planning, analytics, and ad hoc projects. This position partners with many levels of the organization to provide insight and transparency to the business and its key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drives the planning cadence for the FP&A team including the annual budgeting process, the monthly reforecast and monthly variance analysis
  • Prepares, reviews and analyzes monthly financial reports for clinics, departments, and executives.
  • Supports financial system maintenance and company-wide financial consolidation
  • Coordinates and communicates with key stakeholders for budget variance explanations.
  • Updates department expenses and headcounts in the planning and forecasting process.
  • Provides ad hoc financial and business analytic decision support on numerous revenue and cost-saving initiatives, and/or other assigned projects.
  • Leverages tools and systems to quickly access data and present information to various levels of management and ensure the data integrity of all reports.
  • Assists with preparing presentations to our board of directors and executive management team.
  • Supports the long range planning process with modeling and analytics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or mathematics.
  • 5+ years finance experience.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high demand environment
  • Skills to develop partnerships across the organization
  • Experience working with any of the following systems/tools (Oracle NetSuite, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI) is a huge plus(SAP, Peoplesoft, Netstuite, JDE)
  • Oracle/Hyperion experience (PBCS, HFM, or Essbase experience is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple responsibilities and work independently with minimal amount of supervision.
Physical Job Requirements.
  • May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.
  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Includes full range of body motion.
  • Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with team members.
The base pay range for this position is $100,892.00 to $118,548.00 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
