As a Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor, your responsibilities would include selling and enrolling customers into suitable insurance products, such as health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans, as well as advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients on their options.

Responsibilities
Must have a valid Heath and Life License
Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, vision, and dental enrollments. Ability to identify Medicare prospect's needs using a needs-based selling approach, accurately answering questions, addressing any concerns, and recommending the appropriate plan
Generate outbound phone calls to pre-set appointments, generate direct-to-consumers, case work, and follow-up service calls. Actively listen to identify customer questions and needs, utilize probing questions when necessary
Handle inbound service calls by providing accurate and complete information via researching/selling/locating a licensed agent
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
