Your Role:
Client Services Representative (Case Manager Assistant)

As a pivotal part of our mission, you'll be responsible for assisting our clients, guiding and supporting them throughout their journey with us.

This isn't about sales, it's about service. Ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and understood is at the heart of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate client records within our CRM.
  • Showcasing an adeptness in understanding medical records, billing, and filing.
  • Assisting with the seamless flow of documents, processes, and strategies for client success.
  • Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance our service offerings.

Your Arsenal:

  • Experience in medical records, medical billing, or filing is a significant plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a history of impeccable followup.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Education:

While a HS Diploma or equivalency is welcome, what matters most to us is your character.
