Manage customer contacts on a face to face basis at our various pop up events within retail settings in line with compliance guidelinesSet up our clients branded events in various venues across the Chicago regionCompletion of advertising presentations on a face to face basis with our clients customer baseProvide excellent customer service and promote our clients brand, products and servicesCarry out administrative and other related duties as requiredComplete sales transactions as needed within a target driven environmentDocumenting customer information as requiredSigning up new customers as requiredWhat you need to have to be a successful Advertising Assistant.
You don't need advertising, PR, customer service or sales knowledge as our training program will get you up to speed.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a buzz for talking to customers and provide a good experience even under difficult circumstances.
