  • Role Summary: As a Communications Specialist, you will provide program and communications support to the Chief of Staff, ensuring smooth business and technology development operations. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders, driving cross-organizational projects and initiatives.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Create and manage the rhythm of business (ROB).
  • Drive operational excellence.
  • Develop high-impact communications.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and change management projects.
  • Create and manage organizational assets.
  • Plan content for organizational meetings and reviews.
  • Support employee engagement efforts.

What experience are we looking for to drive success?

  • MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in communications or a related field.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven capabilities in driving positive business results through cross-group collaboration.
  • Cross-functional program management/technical program management experience.
  • Outstanding cross-functional project management skills.
  • Previous Microsoft experience within the last 3 years.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in leading virtual teams.
  • Experience with communication tools like Viva Engage and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
