Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Family Law Attorney in Stuart, FL. The Family Law Attorney will handle various tasks related to family law, including: managing legal proceedings, drafting documents, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

  • Specialized knowledge and experience in Family Law
  • Adherence to internal processes and compliance standards
  • Converting potential clients into clients
  • Identifying and analyzing legal issues in family law cases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in drafting legal motions and conducting depositions
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, considering all legal options
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Exhibiting empathy for clients in challenging situations
  • Proven ability to bill clients accurately
  • Proficient in writing high-level legal documents
  • At least three years of experience as a family law attorney
  • Licensed to practice law in FL
  • Comfortable with case management software
  • Ethical, accountable, professional, and compassionate
