Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisor for Associations: Offer specialized legal counsel to community associations regarding governance, compliance, and operational issues.
- Document Preparation and Evaluation: Create, assess, and revise governing documents for associations, including bylaws, covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), as well as rules and regulations.
- Conflict Resolution: Advocate for associations in settling disputes with owners, developers, and external parties through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
