Key Responsibilities

  • Advise Clients: Advise clients on estate planning strategies to achieve their financial and personal objectives.
  • Develop Customized Plans: Develop customized estate plans that minimize tax liabilities and ensure the efficient transfer of assets.
Probate Administration
  • Handle Probate Administration: Handle all aspects of probate administration, including filing petitions, managing estate inventories, and preparing accountings.
  • Represent Clients: Represent clients in probate court proceedings.

Client Consultation
  • Conduct Initial Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their estate planning needs and objectives.

  • Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Tax Planning and Compliance

Qualifications
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active License: Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in estate planning and probate law, preferably in Florida.
