Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user incidents from the Service Desk and ensure timely response
- Support manufacturing and lab tools, assist in new tool PC configurations, and resolve networking issues
- Provide first and second level support, guide L1 technicians, and contribute to the knowledge base
- Assist in additional projects, troubleshoot hardware issues, and support mobile phones and tablets
- Troubleshoot advanced software issues, maintain printer queues, set up network components, and deploy equipment
- Replace and upgrade parts, troubleshoot network issues, and assist in Active Directory administration
- Assist with a diverse range of support issues, work in cross-functional teams, and demonstrate proactive and self-motivated approach
- Show strong time management skills, prioritize workload, and excel in customer service orientation
- Display excellent communication skills, ability to simplify technical explanations, and commit to continuous learning
- 3-5 years providing end-user technical support is preferred
- A+ Certification is a plus
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory, Windows XP, 7, and 10, anti-virus programs, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
