Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain departmental records
  • Manage outgoing shipments and notifications for on-time delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries effectively and promptly
  • Update customer information in CRM
  • Participate in continuous training and development

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or marketing
  • Experience in a metal finishing field is a plus

Other Qualifications:

  • Techmetals or industry-specific certifications preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • No travel required

Additional Information:

  • Physical demands involve occasional sitting, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds
  • Working environment includes exposure to shop floor areas
