Data & Training Coordinator to work at our Church Street office in New Bedford, MA.

This position is designed to provide our clients and families with consistent, high-quality care through an array of evidence-based, culturally competent, person-centered and family-centered treatment.

The role of a Data & Training Coordinator includes assisting clients and families with establishing a continuum of health and behavioral healthcare by providing the ongoing coordination and monitoring of data and training activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree level degree in Psychology or a related human services field (i.e., LSW, Bachelor's Degree in Education with significant experience, etc.).
  • If the staff has a nonrelated Bachelor's Degree, life experiences may be considered in place of related degree.
  • Related experience can be considered without a Bachelor's degree with HR and program approval. Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for our clients and families
  • Work in collaboration with team members, clients and families to implement personcentered and familycentered, recoveryoriented, evidencebased and traumainformed care
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures related to data collection, data management, and CFS training activities
  • Coordinate and monitor training related activities within CFS and CCBHC
  • Ensure all data & training regulations and guidelines are followed, including meeting all deadlines specified by SAMHSA and CFS
  • Oversee and manage project requirements related to Governance activities, including the development and implementation of Governance structure and Advisory Group
  • Coordinate with external providers and identify trainers outside of the agency based on training requirements, outcome data, and identified gaps related to skills and competencies within the CCBHC to continuously improve our overall service delivery to best support our clients and families
  • Assist with outcome reporting and the evaluation of overall project implementation and performance
  • Assist Project Director with additional tasks as needed
