The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Program Manager to provide facilities program management support to our CDC customer located in Morgantown, WV.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, management, performance, and supervision of the contract
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and operational activities for facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee budget planning, allocation, and execution for facility-related projects and programs.
- Oversee contracts with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, construction, and support services.
- Other duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or similar field.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in facilities management is required.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in facilities management can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to pass a federal background check.
