As a key member of the Mon Health team, the Facilities Management Supervisor will report directly to the Director of Facilities Management and oversee the daily operations of the facilities management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing work activities, ensuring efficient and effective management of facilities, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the work activities of the facilities management department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of facilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage and maintain facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities-related expenses
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in facilities management, with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional trade license or equivalent experience
  • Preferred certifications: Med Gas, NFPA 80, Back Flow Testing, Trane BAS

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions:

The Facilities Management Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of settings, including offices, warehouses, and construction sites.
