Job Information
As a Director of Quality you will lead and manage regional processes which support the enterprise wide Quality initiative.
Role & Responsibility
Support the Quality Initiative
To lead and manage all regional enterprise quality activities
Drive NPD improvements and execution of the NPD quality plan
Strategic responsibility for all facets of a robust Total Quality Managerment (TQM) program.
Customer Quality
Act as main Quality point of contact for DAC (Dealer Advisory Council)
Factory Quality
Lead regional Quality Managers with resource allocation support, system synergies, and best practice sharing
Job Requirement

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience Requirement: 10+ years Operational, Quality, Engineering experience
Financial acumen and experience contributing to the management of OPEX, TQM, lean production system experience

Travel Requirement: 25% - 50%

Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
Ability to develop, recruit and retain a team of skilled quality technicians and engineers.
Experience developing employees in support of succession planning.
Effective change management skills to provide vision and direction to staff for changing business strategies/priorities.
Experience driving quality management through compliance with requirements of ISO standards.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization
Strong process orientation to develop sustainable solutions to complex problems.
